BCA graduates-க்கு IT industry-ல value குறைஞ்சிருந்துச்சு. B.Tech CS, MCA holders compete பண்றப்போ BCA-க்கு preference இல்ல. என் typing speed நல்லா இருக்கு, coding basics தெரியும் -- ஆனா market-க்கு அது போதாது.

A light in the dark
ஒரு நாள் YouTube-ல "Career options for BCA graduates" search பண்ணேன். Automation Engineering பத்தி ஒரு video வந்துச்சு. Industrial Automation-ல IT skills useful -- PLC programming-ல logic thinking, SCADA-ல software skills, Industrial IoT-ல networking knowledge. BCA background waste இல்ல-ன்னு புரிஞ்சுது.

THE TRANSFORMATION
Becoming an engineer
