1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website edwartens.co.in ("Website") and all services, programs, and materials provided by Wartens Automations Pvt Ltd (CIN: U29309KA2022PTC163407), operating under the brand name EDWartens India("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), with its registered office at NVR Complex, GS Palya Road, Electronic City, Bangalore, Karnataka 560100, India.

By accessing the Website, enrolling in any program, or using any of our services, you ("Student," "Participant," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or enroll in any of our programs.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Definitions

• "Program" refers to any engineering training program offered by EDWartens India, including but not limited to the Automation Engineer Program (AEP) and AI Engineer Program (AIP).
• "Student" or "Participant" refers to any individual who enrolls in or attends any Program offered by the Company.
• "Completion" refers to the successful finishing of all phases, assessments, and requirements of a Program as determined by the Company.
• "Placement" refers to obtaining employment in a role relevant to the Program completed, through the Company's placement assistance.
• "Valid Job Offer" has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5 of these Terms.
• "Program Fee" refers to the total fee paid by the Student for enrollment in a Program.

3. Services Offered

EDWartens India is the training division of Wartens Automations Pvt Ltd, a global automation ecosystem. We are an engineering company, not a training institute. Our programs are designed to produce industry-ready engineers in the fields of Physical AI (Automation) and Digital AI (Artificial Intelligence).

The primary programs offered include:

• Automation Engineer Program (AEP) — Covers PLC programming, SCADA systems, robotics, industrial IoT, HMI design, VFD drives, control panel wiring, and process automation.
• AI Engineer Program (AIP) — Covers machine learning, computer vision, data science, deep learning, NLP, edge AI, Python, TensorFlow, and AI deployment.

Participants join as Junior Engineers and receive an Experience Certificate from Wartens UK upon successful completion, along with CPD Accredited certification.

4. Enrollment & Eligibility

Enrollment in our programs is subject to the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Candidates must hold a minimum qualification of a diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field. Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of the Company based on the candidate's aptitude and assessment performance.
• Assessment-Based Entry: All candidates must undergo an aptitude assessment conducted by the Company. Enrollment is not guaranteed and is subject to the candidate meeting the minimum assessment criteria determined by the Company.
• Fees: Program fees are communicated to the candidate prior to enrollment and must be paid in full or as per the approved installment schedule before or during the program. Fee structures are subject to change without prior notice for future enrollments.
• Documentation: Candidates must submit valid identification, academic transcripts, and any other documents required by the Company at the time of enrollment.
• Age: Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment.

5. 100% Job Guarantee Policy

EDWartens India offers a 100% Job Guarantee to eligible participants, subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Eligibility for Guarantee

The Job Guarantee applies ONLY to participants who meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Successfully complete all phases of the enrolled Program.
• Maintain a minimum attendance of 90% across all sessions.
• Pass all theory and practical assessments as required by the Program.
• Submit all required projects and assignments on time.
• Actively participate in the placement process, including attending all scheduled interviews (minimum 10) and applying to all jobs shared by the placement cell (minimum 5 applications per week during the guarantee period).
• Not reject more than 3 (three) Valid Job Offers during the guarantee period.
• Maintain professional conduct throughout the program and placement process.

5.2 Guarantee Period

The guarantee period is 6 (six) months from the date of successful completion of the Program. The Company will provide placement assistance throughout this period.

5.3 Valid Job Offer

A "Valid Job Offer" is defined as:

• A full-time or contract position in the field of automation, AI, or a related engineering discipline matching the Program completed.
• A position with a minimum contract duration of 3 (three) months.
• A position located anywhere in India or abroad.
• Salary is NOT a factor in determining whether a job offer is valid. The Company does not guarantee any specific salary amount.

5.4 200% Refund

If the Company is unable to secure placement for an eligible participant within the 6-month guarantee period, and the participant has met ALL conditions outlined in Section 5.1, the Company will refund 200% (two hundred percent) of the total Program Fee paid by the participant.

• The refund will be processed within 60 (sixty) business days from the date of approval of the refund request.
• The refund will be made via the original payment method used at the time of enrollment, or via bank transfer if the original method is unavailable.
• The participant must submit a written request for the guarantee refund within 30 (thirty) days of the expiry of the guarantee period.

Reviews and testimonials displayed on the Website are sourced from real students and alumni, collected through Google Maps, Google Reviews, and other third-party review platforms.

• EDWartens India does not guarantee that every student will have the same experience, outcome, or level of satisfaction as reflected in published reviews.
• Individual results vary based on the student's effort, dedication, aptitude, and market conditions at the time of placement.
• Past placement records and reviews do not guarantee future results.
• The Company does not alter, fabricate, or misrepresent reviews. However, the Company reserves the right to select and display reviews at its discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and all materials provided during Programs, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, presentations, software, code, and any other proprietary content, are the exclusive intellectual property of Wartens Automations Pvt Ltd and/or its licensors.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our intellectual property without prior written consent from the Company.
• Any projects, code, or materials developed by participants during the Program using the Company's resources and within the scope of the Program shall be the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The trademarks "Wartens," "EDWartens," and associated logos are registered trademarks of the Wartens group and may not be used without authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, enrollment in any Program, or reliance on any information provided by the Company.
• The Company's total aggregate liability to any participant under these Terms shall not exceed the total Program Fee paid by that participant.
• The Company is not liable for any acts, omissions, policies, or decisions of hiring companies, including but not limited to employment terms, salary offers, service bonds, non-compete clauses, notice periods, or working conditions.
• The Company is not liable for any loss of income, career setbacks, or opportunity costs resulting from participation in or completion of any Program.
• The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or internet disruptions (Force Majeure).

10. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments must be made through approved payment channels as communicated by the Company. Payment terms, including installment options, are specified at the time of enrollment.

11. Student Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
• Adhere to the attendance requirements and program schedules.
• Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct.
• Not share, distribute, or sell any proprietary materials or course content.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information encountered during the Program.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate dismissal from the Program without refund and forfeiture of the Job Guarantee.

12. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate a participant's enrollment in any Program at any time, with or without cause, if the participant:

• Violates any provision of these Terms.
• Engages in misconduct or unprofessional behavior.
• Fails to meet attendance or assessment requirements.
• Provides false or misleading information during enrollment.
• Fails to make timely fee payments as agreed.

In the event of termination for cause, no refund of fees shall be provided, and the Job Guarantee shall be deemed forfeited.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of not less than 30 (thirty) days from the date of written notice of the dispute.

14. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on the Website with the revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Website or participation in any Program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
