Legal Entity: Wartens Automations Pvt Ltd (Brand: EDWartens India)

IMPORTANT: Please Read Carefully

This Placement Guarantee Policy is a legally binding document that forms part of your enrollment agreement with EDWartens India. Please read all sections carefully before enrolling. By enrolling in any program, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy.

1. Overview

This Placement Guarantee Policy ("Policy") describes the terms, conditions, and procedures relating to the 100% Job Guarantee and 200% Money-Back Refund offered by Wartens Automations Pvt Ltd (Brand: EDWartens India) to eligible participants of its engineering training programs.

This Policy must be read in conjunction with the Terms & Conditions and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. What "100% Job Guarantee" Means

The "100% Job Guarantee" offered by EDWartens India means that the Company guarantees to provide:

  • Active placement assistance through its dedicated placement cell and the Oscabe recruitment platform.
  • Job placement opportunities by sharing eligible student profiles with hiring companies in the automation, AI, and engineering sectors.
  • Interview scheduling and preparation support to maximize placement outcomes.
  • A 200% refund of the Program Fee if placement is not achieved within the guarantee period, subject to the student meeting all eligibility conditions.

What It Does NOT Mean

  • It does NOT guarantee employment at any specific company.
  • It does NOT guarantee any specific salary, compensation, or benefits.
  • It does NOT guarantee employment in any specific city or country.
  • It does NOT guarantee employment within a specific timeframe shorter than the 6-month guarantee period.
  • It is NOT an unconditional guarantee — the student MUST meet all eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3.

3. Requirements to Qualify for the Guarantee

The Job Guarantee applies ONLY to participants who satisfy ALL of the following requirements without exception:

3.1. Program Completion

Successfully complete all phases of the enrolled program (AEP or AIP), including all modules, workshops, and capstone projects, as determined by the Company's evaluation criteria.

3.2. Attendance

Maintain a minimum attendance of 90% (ninety percent) across all sessions, lectures, practical labs, and workshops throughout the entire duration of the program. Attendance is tracked electronically and the Company's records shall be final and binding.

3.3. Assessments

Pass all theory and practical assessments as required by the program curriculum. Students who fail an assessment must attempt the retake within the timeframe specified by the Company. Failure to attempt a retake or failure in the retake will disqualify the student from the guarantee.

3.4. Projects & Assignments

Submit all required projects, assignments, and deliverables on time and to the quality standards set by the Company. Late submissions or incomplete work may disqualify the student from the guarantee.

3.5. Interview Attendance

Attend ALL scheduled interviews arranged by the placement cell. A minimum of 10 (ten) interviews must be attended during the guarantee period. Failure to attend a scheduled interview without a valid reason (approved in writing by the Company at least 24 hours in advance) will count against the student.

3.6. Job Applications

Actively apply to all jobs shared by the placement cell, with a minimum of 5 (five) applications per week during the guarantee period. Applications must be genuine and complete.

3.7. Professional Conduct

Maintain professional conduct throughout the program and the placement process. This includes professional communication with hiring companies, timely responses, appropriate interview attire, and honest representation of skills and experience.

3.8. Job Offer Rejections

Not reject more than 3 (three) Valid Job Offers (as defined in Section 4) during the guarantee period. Each rejection must be communicated in writing with reasons to the placement cell within 48 hours of receiving the offer.

4. What Constitutes a "Valid Job Offer"

A "Valid Job Offer" is defined as an offer of employment that meets ALL of the following criteria:

  • Field of Study: The position must be in the field of industrial automation, AI, robotics, control systems, SCADA, PLC programming, data science, machine learning, or a closely related engineering discipline that aligns with the program completed by the student.
  • Employment Type: The position may be full-time, part-time, or contract-based. Freelance or gig-based roles do not qualify as valid job offers.
  • Minimum Duration: The position must have a minimum contract or employment duration of 3 (three) months.
  • Location: The position may be located anywhere in India or abroad. The student cannot reject an offer solely based on the job location.
  • Salary: Salary is NOT a factor in determining whether a job offer is valid. The Company does not set, control, or guarantee salary amounts offered by hiring companies. A job offer cannot be deemed invalid solely because the salary does not meet the student's expectations.

The determination of whether a job offer qualifies as a "Valid Job Offer" is made by the Company in its reasonable judgment and is final and binding.
