Wartens is an engineering company. We build control systems, robots and simulation platforms, and 30,000+ companies use the network.
We kept hitting the same wall: we could not find engineers good enough to put on our own projects. Graduates arrived having never touched a live PLC, wired a panel, or debugged a SCADA system with a line stopped and a plant manager watching.
So we built EDWartens to train the engineers we wished we could hire. You join as a Junior Engineer on real projects, and you leave with an experience certificate from Wartens rather than a course certificate.
