We trained the engineers we could not hire
EDWartens is a PLC, SCADA and industrial automation training institute run by an automation engineering company. Wartens builds control systems, robots and simulation platforms.
We kept hitting the same wall: we could not find engineers good enough to put on our own projects. Graduates arrived having never touched a live PLC, wired a panel, or debugged a SCADA system with a line stopped and a plant manager watching.
So we built EDWartens to train the engineers we wished we could hire. You join as a Junior Engineer on real projects, and you leave with a Wartens Experience Certificate rather than a course certificate.

The guarantee, in writing
Job guarantee or programme fee refunded (conditions apply)
Paid classroom programmes only. The guarantee applies when you meet every condition:
- Complete every phase of the programme.
- Keep at least 90% attendance.
- Pass the assessments.
- Attend the interviews arranged for you, at least 10 of them.
- Apply to the jobs shared with you, at least 5 a week.
- Turn down no more than 3 valid job offers.
- Ask for the refund in writing within 30 days of the nine months ending.
If you meet every condition and are not placed within the nine months after you complete the programme, the programme fee you paid is refunded. Read the placement policy for the full terms.
