Where it all began
Guntur లో B.Tech Information Technology complete చేశాను. 2020 batch -- COVID year. Campus placement zero. Online interviews 30+ attend చేశాను. TCS, Infosys, Wipro, CTS -- అన్ని major IT companies లో apply చేశాను. ఎక్కడా select కాలేదు.
Software industry కి freshers supply ఎక్కువ, demand తక్కువ. B.Tech IT graduates lakhs లో ఉన్నారు. Coding skills average. No projects, no internships -- COVID వల్ల practical exposure zero. Resume లో highlights ఏమీ లేవు.

THE DISCOVERY
A light in the dark
ఒక year job search చేసిన తర్వాత, frustration peak కి reach అయింది. Friends అందరూ jobs లో settle అయ్యారు. నేను మాత్రం Guntur లో ఇంట్లో కూర్చుని online apply చేస్తూ rejection mails చదువుతున్నాను.

THE TRANSFORMATION
Becoming an engineer
EDWartens AIP -- Automation & AI Program -- గురించి ఒక LinkedIn post లో చూశాను. IT graduates కి perfect -- Python programming, Machine Learning, AI, Computer Vision + Industrial Automation integration. Software skills + AI + Automation = new career path. Traditional IT job కంటే different direction, కానీ ఎక్కువ demand ఉన్న direction.
AIP course లో join అయినప్పుడు, IT background ఒక strong foundation ఇచ్చింది. Python already తెలుసు. Database concepts clear. Networking basics clear. Machine Learning algorithms -- supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning -- ఇవి new but IT fundamentals help చేశాయి.
Chapter 4
THE TRIUMPH
Victory at last
Industrial AI specific topics -- predictive maintenance using ML, quality inspection using Computer Vision, AI-SCADA integration, Industrial IoT data analytics -- ఇవన్నీ traditional IT training లో ఎక్కడా teach చేయరు. EDWartens లో ఈ niche skills నేర్చుకున్నాను. VR training లో smart factory simulation లో AI models deploy చేసి test చేశాను. Wartens UK CPD certification with AI specialization.
Final project: ఒక Computer Vision-based quality inspection system -- factory production line లో defective products automatically detect చేసి reject చేసే AI system. TCS interview లో ఈ project present చేశాను.
TCS Industrial AI team -- IT industry లో fastest growing division -- Rs 10 LPA offer ఇచ్చారు. Traditional IT job search లో fail అయిన నేను, ఇప్పుడు TCS లో AI Engineer. ఒకే industry, కానీ different door. EDWartens ఆ door చూపించింది.
