Where it all began
నాకు 10th class pass కాలేదు. Karimnagar లో ఒక lower middle class family. చదువు రాక 10th fail అయ్యాను. తర్వాత auto rickshaw drive చేయడం మొదలుపెట్టాను. 15 సంవత్సరాల వయసులో auto driving నేర్చుకున్నాను. 18 లో license వచ్చింది. ఆ తర్వాత 10 years -- auto drive చేయడం, passengers ని drop చేయడం, ఇదే నా life.
28 years వచ్చేసినాయి. Daily income Rs 400-500. Good days లో Rs 700. Rain days లో Rs 200. ఒక roof repair చేయాలంటే 3 months save చేయాలి. Hospital bill వస్తే loan తీసుకోవాలి. ఈ life ఇంతే -- ఈ thought ప్రతి రోజు disturb చేసేది.

THE DISCOVERY
A light in the dark

Becoming an engineer

THE TRIUMPH
Victory at last
Basics నుండి start చేశారు -- electrical fundamentals, circuit theory, motor principles. Auto rickshaw లో engine troubleshooting చేసిన experience -- mechanical aptitude -- ఒక hidden advantage అయింది. PLC programming initially struggle చేశాను. ఆదరా trainers patience తో teach చేశారు. VR training నాకు బాగా help చేసింది -- 3D environment లో visual గా learn చేయడం easy అయింది.
Nights study చేశాను. Mornings early వచ్చి lab practice చేశాను. Batch లో అందరికంటే ఎక్కువ hours spend చేశాను. "10th fail auto driver" నుండి "14 PLC brands trained, Wartens UK CPD certified Automation professional" గా transform అయ్యాను.
JSW Steel interview -- India's leading steel manufacturer. Interview panel నా background చూసి surprised అయ్యారు. కానీ నా practical knowledge, PLC programming skills, hands-on ability -- ఇవి demonstrate చేసినప్పుడు, background matter కాలేదు. Rs 7 LPA offer!
