Nothing speaks louder than results. At EDWartens, we take immense pride in the career transformations our students achieve. Here are some inspiring stories from our graduates who went from zero automation knowledge to successful PLC programming careers.
One of our graduates was a mechanical engineering diploma holder working in a quality inspection role earning INR 15,000 per month. After completing the EDWartens Automation Engineer Program, they were placed as a PLC programmer at a leading automation company with a starting salary of INR 3.5 LPA -- more than double their previous income.
Another success story is a BSc Electronics graduate who had been struggling to find relevant employment. After 4 months at EDWartens, they secured a position at a multinational SCADA integration firm in Bangalore. The hands-on experience gained during the programme, including work on real industrial projects, gave them a significant edge in interviews.
We have also successfully transitioned professionals from IT backgrounds who wanted to move into the physical automation space. Their programming skills, combined with the industrial automation knowledge gained at EDWartens, made them highly attractive candidates for Industry 4.0 roles that require both IT and OT expertise. These stories demonstrate that with the right training and dedication, anyone can build a successful career in PLC programming.
