Where we use AI

• The question bar and course advisor on the home page.
• The career tools on /resources: the CV and resume builder, cover letter, LinkedIn and email generators, and others.

AI can be wrong

Answers and drafts are produced automatically from our course pages and your input. They can be inaccurate, out of date or invented. Our fees, refunds, the AEP job guarantee and placement support are only as stated in our published terms (the job guarantee has conditions: see the placement policy), which prevail over any AI answer. Ask admissions if anything matters to your decision.

Check before you use

You are responsible for any CV, cover letter or message you send. Do not claim skills, jobs or qualifications you do not have. Engineering answers (PLC code, wiring, calculations) must be checked and tested in simulation before anyone relies on them, and never used on live equipment without a qualified engineer's sign-off.

No decisions are made about you automatically

These tools draft text and answer questions. They do not decide whether you are admitted, whether you pass, whether you are placed or whether you get a refund. Those decisions are made by our staff under the published terms (conditions apply to the job guarantee: see the placement policy).

Your data

• Text you type and files you upload are sent to the AI provider that answers: Anthropic, Groq, Cerebras, NVIDIA, GitHub Models (Microsoft), Mistral, Google Gemini or OpenRouter. These providers are mainly in the United States, so your prompts may be processed outside India.
• Anything with your personal details (a CV, cover letter or profile) goes only to providers that do not use what they are sent to train their models.
• The course advisor may use providers whose free tiers can use questions to improve their models. Please do not type personal details into it.
• A CV uploaded to build your plan is read in memory and the file is not stored.

The AI features are for people aged 18 or over.
