Eligibility
Who can join as a fresher or diploma holder
The course assumes no automation experience and no programming. Phase 0 starts from engineering physics and electrical fundamentals, and the first PLC session comes after them.
There is no separate diploma course: diploma holders join the same AEP and follow the same phases as degree holders. Admissions confirms with each candidate, before enrolment, whether their qualification fits the programme. Ask on +91 96068 68686.

First phases
What the first months of the AEP cover
Every phase ends with a gate or exam, and you start the next one when you pass it. These are the first three, as the course schedule runs them.

The government route and vendor certificates
Government ITIs and National Skill Training Institutes run trade and short courses under the Directorate General of Training, and recognised qualifications are listed on the National Qualification Register.
The AEP is not one of those qualifications, nor a vendor certification. It ends with an experience certificate from Wartens describing the training and project work you did; how much weight it carries is each employer's decision.

Mechanical engineers train here too (13 of the 163 list a mechanical degree). What the course expects is willingness to learn electrical fundamentals, which phase 0 teaches from the start.

Interview and resume preparation is phase 5 of the AEP, after the classroom phases on PLC, SCADA, HMI and drives, and interview drives run in phase 6. The whole programme lasts 3 to 12 months, depending on the phases a candidate completes.
The AEP carries a written job guarantee with conditions (all phases completed, at least 90% attendance, assessments passed, at least 10 arranged interviews attended, at least 5 applications a week, no more than 3 valid offers rejected); if a candidate who meets them is not placed within nine months of completing, the programme fee is refunded.
