EDWartens does not publish one AEP fee; the fee is agreed with each candidate after counselling and can be paid in 3, 6, 9 or 12 instalments. This page explains what the fee pays for, how instalments work and when a fee is refunded. Conditions apply.

Why the AEP fee is agreed after counselling
The AEP lasts 3 to 12 months, depending on the phases a candidate completes, and candidates join for different programmes and lengths. Admissions agrees the fee with each candidate after a counselling conversation .

The four-week Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Automation, PGDIA taught live online, has one fee for every candidate.

The fee is for the Automation Engineer Program, as the course schedule runs it.

Your enrolment agreement lists exactly what your fee includes. Our cancellation policy names items that are never returned, such as registration and assessment fees; ask admissions which of these, if any, apply to you before you pay.

How instalments work
The AEP fee can be paid in 3, 6, 9 or 12 instalments. Admissions sets out the schedule, and any terms that come with it, after counselling and before you agree to it.
Ask who collects the instalments and whether any charge applies, so you know the full amount before you sign.

Cancelling and completing

Job guarantee or programme fee refunded (conditions apply)
Paid classroom programmes only. The guarantee applies when you meet every condition:
- Complete every phase of the programme.
- Keep the minimum attendance in the Terms and Conditions.
- Pass the assessments.
- Attend every interview arranged for you (missing two or more without telling us ends the guarantee).
- Reply to your placement officer within 48 hours.
- Do not decline a suitable offer: a role in industrial automation paying at least ₹15,000 a month, anywhere in India.
- Ask for the refund in writing within 30 days of the nine months ending.
If you meet every condition and are not placed within the nine months after you complete the programme, the programme fee you paid is refunded. Read the placement policy for the full terms.

Under the refund and cancellation policy (edwartens.co.in/refund), cancelling within 7 days of enrolling and before the live course starts brings back the fee paid less a ₹5,000 processing fee; cancelling after 7 days but before it starts brings back 80% of the fee paid; there is no refund after the live course starts. Separately, the job guarantee refunds the programme fee if you complete the programme, meet every condition and are not placed within the nine months after you complete the programme (conditions apply; edwartens.co.in/placement-policy).
