Model cancellation form
If you bought as a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Union, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, you may cancel within 14 days of placing your order without giving a reason. You do not have to use this form: an email to info@wartens.com saying that you cancel, with your order number, is enough. Where you asked for a certificate to be issued, or a pass or mock exams to start, as soon as you paid, and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel once that happened, the right ends at that point. A certificate paid for in advance can be cancelled until it is issued.

- Signature of consumer (only if this form is sent on paper)
- Date
We confirm every cancellation by email.
