Design and test an HR policy agent built in Copilot Studio for a mid-sized company, as the business owner of the agent: write the design brief with knowledge sources and topics, build the risk register, record a structured test of the agent against real employee questions, and write the procedure that keeps the agent's answers correct after launch. The sample pack shows each document for a logistics company in Durban, South Africa.
