My college or employer gave me a team code

If your college or employer bought a team licence, they gave you a code. It looks like TEAM-XXXX-XXXX.

1. Open Join your team. If you have no account yet, choose Create a free account to join. Otherwise Sign in.
2. Type your code in Team code.
3. Tick the box to agree that the organisation that gave you the code can see your name, email address and course progress for as long as you are on its licence.
4. Join. Then choose a free course and learn as usual.

When you pass a course's final, your certificate is issued with nothing to pay. You can see it under Certificates in your portal.

Good to know:

• A team code is not a discount code. If you type it in the discount box at checkout, you are told to join your team instead.
• What you agree to share is your name, email address and course progress: courses, modules completed, finals passed, certificates and when you were last active.
• If the code is refused, check you typed it exactly, and ask the person who gave it to you. The message you see says what is wrong. You can try ten times an hour.
