What is a team licence for a college or employer?

A team licence is for colleges, training and placement offices, and employers training their technicians and engineers. Your learners take any of the free courses. You buy certificate seats in bulk, and follow every learner's progress.

How it works:

1. On the Team licences page, choose how many seats and pay online. The licence is active at once and lasts a year.
2. We email the manager a code for learners and a private link to the dashboard.
3. Learners join at Join your team with the code and agree to share their progress with you.
4. A seat is used only when a learner passes a final and their certificate is issued. Joining does not use one.

What to know:

• One seat is one certificate for one learner on any free course.
• Volume pricing starts at 10 seats. The more seats, the bigger the discount; the page shows the price for your number before you pay.
• The dashboard shows each learner's courses, modules completed, finals passed and certificates issued, with a CSV download and email invitations. The link is private: anyone with it can see the page, so share the code, not the link.
• Bigger groups can use the enquiry form on the Team licences page.

Courses stay free for every learner. The licence pays for the certificates.
