Qualifying an AI writing assistant for QA: user requirements, a risk register, a traceability matrix and a controlled-use procedure

Specify, risk-assess and qualify the use of an enterprise AI writing assistant for drafting SOPs and deviation reports in a GMP quality assurance department, as the QA professional leading the work: write the user requirements, build the risk register, trace each requirement to a test and its result, and write the procedure that controls its use. The sample pack shows each document for an oral solid dosage plant. No real batch or patient data is used.

A free course usually means a comment section and hope. This one does not. Every module has an Ask-your-trainer panel that reaches the same engineers who teach our paid programme: people who commission panels for a living, not moderators.

Common questions

Is this course clinical or regulatory advice?

No. It teaches pharmacists and pharma professionals how AI works in their field and how to use it safely. It does not tell you how to treat a patient, and it does not replace your company's quality system, validation policy or regulatory advice.

Who is the AI for Pharmacists and Pharma Professionals course for?

Pharmacists in community and hospital practice, pharmacy students, and professionals in pharma R&D, clinical research, manufacturing, QA, QC and regulatory affairs.

Do I need coding?

No. The course explains the techniques in plain words. The only calculations are simple arithmetic: rule-of-five counts, recruitment funnels and a process capability check.

Is it the same as the NPTEL course?

No. It is built on NPTEL IIT Madras lectures that are free on YouTube, credited on each module, together with GMP Guide lessons. It is not affiliated with NPTEL or IIT Madras. EDWartens added the notes, worked problems, a GMP project and the assessments.

Is the AI for Pharmacists and Pharma Professionals course really free?

Yes. Every module, the notes, the project and the final assessment are free. The certificate is optional.

What certificate does the AI for Pharmacists and Pharma Professionals course give?

An EDWartens Certificate of Completion when you pass the final assessment, with a number anyone can verify on our site. It is not a pharmacy qualification, a registration requirement or a GMP certification, and we never describe it as one.

How long does the AI for Pharmacists and Pharma Professionals course take?

About 9 hours of video lessons, notes and practice questions, taken at your own pace. The optional project takes about 8 hours more.

What is the project in the AI for Pharmacists and Pharma Professionals course?

You act as the QA professional qualifying an enterprise AI writing assistant for SOP and deviation drafting at a tablet plant: user requirements, a risk register, a traceability matrix and a controlled-use procedure. A complete sample pack shows each document, with invented examples only.

Is the AI for Pharmacists and Pharma Professionals course free in India, and what does the certificate cost?

Yes. Learning costs ₹0 in India: every module, the written notes, the practice tasks and the final assessment, with no card and no trial period. The only paid item is the optional EDWartens Certificate of Completion, ₹459 including GST for this beginner course, paid in rupees through Razorpay, and only if you want it after passing the final assessment.
