Automation work and pay in Andhra Pradesh
Andhra Pradesh's industry is spread out: Sri City near Tirupati, the Vijayawada and Guntur region, the steel, refinery and pharmaceutical plants of Visakhapatnam, and oil and gas around Kakinada. APIIC develops and runs the state's industrial parks.

Vijayawada and Guntur
Vijayawada is about 660 km from Bangalore by road, with industry in the Kondapalli industrial area and Auto Nagar.
Guntur, about 30 km from Vijayawada, has agro-processing and fertiliser plants; its candidates relocate for the AEP in the same way.
Visakhapatnam
About 800 km from Bangalore by road. Steel, refining, shipbuilding and pharmaceutical plants.
Kakinada and the Godavari districts
Kakinada's port and the Krishna-Godavari basin oil and gas operations are the main industry in the area.
Candidates from Kakinada and Rajahmundry usually travel via Vijayawada or Visakhapatnam.
The AEP job guarantee
The guarantee is the same for every candidate, wherever they come from, and it has conditions.
Job guarantee or programme fee refunded (conditions apply)
Paid classroom programmes only. The guarantee applies when you meet every condition:
- Complete every phase of the programme.
- Keep at least 90% attendance.
- Pass the assessments.
- Attend the interviews arranged for you, at least 10 of them.
- Apply to the jobs shared with you, at least 5 a week.
- Turn down no more than 3 valid job offers.
- Ask for the refund in writing within 30 days of the nine months ending.
If you meet every condition and are not placed within the nine months after you complete the programme, the programme fee you paid is refunded. Read the placement policy for the full terms.
