How Delta fits into the programme
Many plants run more than one PLC brand. Ladder logic, timers, counters and program structure work the same way from brand to brand; what changes is the software, the addressing and some instructions. So the programme teaches two brands in depth first, then the others.
The two taught in depth are Siemens and Allen-Bradley, 33 sessions between them. Delta then comes in the multi-platform phase, in the session "Delta WPLSoft and Honeywell SoftMaster", beside the other brands and sessions on function block diagram and structured text.

What you program in the Delta session
The session as the course schedule names it, and the software behind it.
The Delta session is “Delta WPLSoft and Honeywell SoftMaster”, in phase 4 of the AEP. It covers introduction and addressing, bit instructions, set and reset, timers, counters, analog and program control. WPLSoft is Delta Electronics' programming software for its DVP series PLCs; ISPSoft is its newer software for the AS and AH series, which the free online course covers. Most PLC software follows the IEC 61131-3 standard for ladder, function block diagram and structured text (see PLCopen), and the same phase has one session on function block diagram and one on structured text. No. EDWartens is not a Delta Electronics training partner and issues no Delta Electronics certificate. The AEP ends with an experience certificate describing the training and the project work you did; certificates can be checked at edwartens.co.in/verification.
The AEP lasts 3 to 12 months, depending on the phases a candidate completes, and covers 20 PLC brands along with SCADA, HMI and drives.
The AEP carries a written job guarantee with conditions (all phases completed, at least 90% attendance, assessments passed, at least 10 arranged interviews attended, at least 5 applications a week, no more than 3 valid offers rejected); if a candidate who meets them is not placed within nine months of completing, the programme fee is refunded.
