Can I ask a question about a lesson?
The short answer
Yes. Every module has an Ask an engineer tab. Type your question there, optionally pick a trainer, and the reply appears in the same tab. Until then it shows Waiting for a reply.
Ask about a module
A module
- Click Ask an engineer
- Click Type your question
- Click Send
The answer appears in the same tab
Yes. Open the module you are stuck on and choose Ask an engineer.
- Type what is not clear in the box. Describe it in a little detail.
- If you like, choose which trainer to ask. If you leave it, your batch trainer or our team picks it up.
- Send it.
Your question shows in the tab with Waiting for a reply until a trainer answers. The answer appears in the same place, with the trainer's name.
For problems with your account, a payment or a certificate, this is not the right place: use How do I reach a person? instead.
