Can I cancel a programme or get my fee back?
The short answer
It depends on the programme and on timing. Before a classroom programme starts you can cancel for a full or partial refund; once it has started, fees are generally not refundable. The AIP has its own 14-day rule.
Refund by programme
| Detail | AEP | PGDIA, EPGDIA | AIP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Before it starts | Full or 80%, by timing | Full refund | Full refund, within 14 days |
| After it starts | No refund | No refund | No refund |
AEP
- Before it starts
- Full or 80%, by timing
- After it starts
- No refund
PGDIA, EPGDIA
- Before it starts
- Full refund
- After it starts
- No refund
AIP
- Before it starts
- Full refund, within 14 days
- After it starts
- No refund
The binding wording is in the refund policy and in each programme's terms. In short:
AEP (classroom)
- Cancel within 7 calendar days of joining and before the programme starts: a full refund, minus a fixed processing fee stated in the refund policy.
- Cancel after 7 days but before it starts: an 80% refund.
- Once the programme has started: no refund for withdrawing, whatever the reason.
PGDIA and EPGDIA
- Withdraw in writing before the course starts: the fee you paid is refunded in full.
- Once it has started: not refundable. The job assurance is placement support, not a refund.
AIP
- Ask in writing within 14 days of purchase and before you open any lesson: a full refund, paid within 7 working days.
- After that: not refundable for a reason on your side, such as a change of plans.
Job guarantee. Some programmes carry a job guarantee or assurance with conditions. It is placement support, and any refund under the guarantee follows the placement policy, not the rules above.
How to ask: email info@wartens.com in writing, from the address on your account. Standard refunds are processed within 15 to 30 business days of approval.
