Paying in rupees, GST receipts, programme fees, refunds

• How do I pay, and is it secure?Free courses cost nothing. For paid items (a certificate, a pass, mock exams, a programme) you pay on a secure Razorpay window with UPI, cards or netbanking, in rupees with GST included. We never see your card.
• Which company takes my payment, and is GST charged?Rupee payments through Razorpay are sold by Wartens Automation Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, with GST included and shown on the receipt. Dollar payments through Stripe are sold by Wartens Ltd, UK, with no GST.
• Where are my receipts and orders?Open Orders & Receipts in your portal. It lists every order with its status and a PDF receipt for each complete one. A copy is also emailed when you pay.
• My payment failed or is still pendingIf a payment fails or you close the payment window, no money is taken. Choose Try again, or Pay by UPI instead, and your order is kept as it was. If money left your account, tell us.
• I was charged but did not get my itemWait a few minutes and refresh Orders & Receipts. If the order is not Complete but your bank took the money, email us with the order number and payment reference: we deliver it or refund you in full.
• How do I use a discount code?At checkout, type the code in the Discount code box. Codes reduce certificate fees only. If a code is not accepted, the message says why: not valid, expired, not active yet or fully used.
• Can I get a refund?Free courses cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. A certificate is refunded in full if it could not be issued within 24 hours of payment, or you were charged twice. Programmes have their own rules.
• The 14-day right to cancel (UK, EU and Switzerland)If you live in the UK, the EU, the EEA or Switzerland, you may cancel an order within 14 days. A certificate is digital, and you lose the right once it is issued if you asked for it to be issued at once.
• How do the programme fees and instalments work?The AEP fee is agreed with you after counselling and can be paid in instalments. PGDIA is paid in full before the course starts. EPGDIA and the AIP are paid in full at checkout by UPI, card or netbanking, with GST included.
• Can I cancel a programme or get my fee back?It depends on the programme and on timing. Before a classroom programme starts you can cancel for a full or partial refund; once it has started, fees are generally not refundable. The AIP has its own 14-day rule.
• How does Refer & Earn work?Introduce someone to a classroom programme from Refer & Earn in your portal. If they are new to us, join and pay in full, and a 30-day wait passes, the reward is paid in rupees by bank transfer.
