How do I get the certificate for a programme?

The short answer

Programme certificates are issued once you have passed every phase, nothing is left to be marked and your fees are clear. You do not have to ask. They appear under Certificates and verify like any other.

When a programme certificate appears

  1. 1Pass every phase

  2. 2Nothing left to mark

  3. 3Fees clear

  4. 4Issued automatically

    Under Certificates

This is for the AEP, PGDIA, EPGDIA and AIP, not for the free courses.

A programme certificate is issued on its own when:

  • you have passed every phase of the programme
  • nothing is left waiting to be marked
  • your fees are clear

Nobody has to be asked. When it is issued it appears under Certificates in your portal, and you can download it and share it as described in How do I download and share my certificate?.

For the AIP, all five graded projects must also pass. For PGDIA and EPGDIA, the four weekly projects are portfolio work: the course page says they are not a condition of the certificate.

Your registration number, for example AEP08WI01, is printed on it and is how an employer verifies it: see How can an employer verify a certificate?.

If yours has not appeared and you think everything is done, ask through Support or your admissions contact.
