Certificates and verification
Getting, sharing and checking a certificate
- How do I get a certificate?Finish every module, pass the final assessment, then choose Get my certificate on the pass screen (or on your Certificates page) and pay once. It is issued straight away with your name, and anyone can verify it.
- How much is a certificate? It is a one-off fee that depends on the course level: beginner, intermediate or advanced. The exact price is shown before you pay. In rupees it includes GST.
- Can I buy the certificate before I finish the course?Yes. Choose Pay now on your course card under Certificates, or Enrol with certificate on the course page. The certificate is issued the day you pass the final assessment, with nothing more to pay.
- What is a certificate pass?A pass is one payment that covers every certificate you earn while it lasts, for 30 days or a year, up to a fair-use limit of 10 in any 30 days. It does not renew.
- Is there a discount for several certificates?Yes. After you buy a certificate, the next two you earn within 12 months are 40% off. It cannot be combined with a discount code, so one saving applies at a time.
- How do I download and share my certificate?Open Certificates in your portal. Choose Download for the image, Verification page for its public link, or Show it on LinkedIn for the profile entry and a ready-made post.
- How can an employer verify a certificate?Scan the QR code, or go to Verification and enter the certificate ID or registration number (with the holder's full name for a registration number). The page shows the name, course, date and status.
- How do I verify an older Wartens certificate?Certificates Wartens issued before 2026 are checked on the same Verification page. Choose By Name & Course, enter the full name as printed and pick the course under Wartens certificates.
- My name is wrong on my certificateCorrect your name in Settings, under Account, then Save changes. Your certificates are redrawn with the new name, with the same number, so shared links keep working. Download it again.
- Is it a Siemens or Rockwell certification? No. It is an EDWartens Certificate of Completion. It shows you finished a course and passed its final; it is not a vendor, university or government qualification, and it is verifiable, not accredited.
- Does the certificate expire? No. A certificate for a free course carries an issue date and no expiry date. Your portal shows Expires: Never. It stays verifiable unless it is withdrawn for dishonest use.
- How do I get the certificate for a programme?Programme certificates are issued once you have passed every phase, nothing is left to be marked and your fees are clear. You do not have to ask. They appear under Certificates and verify like any other.
