How does Refer & Earn work?
The short answer
Introduce someone to a classroom programme from Refer & Earn in your portal. If they are new to us, join and pay in full, and a 30-day wait passes, the reward is paid in rupees by bank transfer.
Refer a friend
1Send their name and number
Under Refer & Earn
2A counsellor calls them
Within one working day
3They join and pay in full
4A 30-day wait
5Reward by bank transfer
In rupees, to an account in your name
Refer & Earn is for learners in India and for classroom students. It rewards you for introducing someone to a programme taught in Bangalore.
- Open Refer & Earn under My Account.
- Enter Their name and Their mobile number, and pick the course they are interested in, or leave it for the counsellor to advise.
- Send it. A counsellor will call them within one working day.
You can follow each person in the list: counsellor spoke to them, consultation booked, consultation done, joined the course, fee paid in full, reward sent to you.
What has to happen before you are paid:
- The course they join decides the reward. Each programme has its own amount, shown on the page.
- They must be new to us. Someone who has already enquired or joined does not qualify.
- They must pay in full. A deposit or one instalment does not count.
- Then a 30-day wait, in case they withdraw or are refunded.
- You are paid in rupees, by bank transfer to an account in your name.
The full rules are in the Refer & Earn terms.
