- The player keeps loading: some school, office, college and public networks block YouTube. Try another network, or your phone's data.
- The player shows an error: choose Open it on YouTube below the player to watch the lesson there.
- Turn off browser extensions that block scripts or video, then reload the page.
- If the picture plays but there is no sound, check the volume in the player and on your device.
- Every module also has written notes, so you can keep learning while you sort it out.
Occasionally a creator removes or hides a video. We replace it where we can: tell us which course and module it is.
Captions depend on the creator. Many videos have YouTube's automatic captions, which are not always accurate; the written notes cover the same material.
