A page will not load, or the site is slow
The short answer
Reload, try another network or browser, turn off ad and script blockers, and update your browser. If it still fails, send us the page address, what you saw, your device and the time.
Try these in order
1Reload the page
2Try another network
Wi-Fi or mobile data
3Try another browser
4Turn off blockers
Ad and script blockers
Most slow or blank pages are fixed by the first few steps.
- Reload the page. On a phone, close the tab and open it again.
- Try another network: switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Try another browser, or a private window.
- Turn off browser extensions (ad blockers and script blockers are the usual cause).
- Update your browser.
- Sign out and sign in again if only your portal is affected.
If it still does not work
Send us a request with:
- the page address (copy it from the address bar)
- what you saw: a message, a blank page, or a spinner that never stops
- your device and browser, for example "Android phone, Chrome"
- the time it happened and your city
- a screenshot, if you can take one
The more you tell us, the faster we can find the cause. Do not send your password or any card numbers.
