The 14-day right to cancel (UK, EU and Switzerland)

The short answer

If you live in the UK, the EU, the EEA or Switzerland, you may cancel an order within 14 days. A certificate is digital, and you lose the right once it is issued if you asked for it to be issued at once.

Your 14 days

  1. Order placed

    The 14 days start

  2. Before the certificate is issued

    Cancel for a full refund

  3. Once it is issued

The right ends, if you asked for it at once

  4. After you ask

Refund to your card within 14 days

This is for buyers outside India who pay in US dollars. If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union (and the EEA and Switzerland), you may cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days of your order without giving a reason. Elsewhere, the refund policy applies.

The tick box at checkout

A certificate, a pass or mock exams are supplied straight away. So if you are in one of those places, checkout shows an extra tick box. By ticking it you ask for the item to be supplied as soon as you have paid, and you accept that you lose the right to cancel once it is issued. Your receipt records that choice. If you do not tick it, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund.

A certificate you paid for in advance can be cancelled until it is issued.

How to cancel

Email info@wartens.com with your order number, or use the model cancellation form (you do not have to). Refunds go to the card you paid with, in US dollars, within 14 days of our agreeing them.

A wrong, faulty or duplicate charge is always put right: see Can I get a refund?. For buyers outside India, the seller is Wartens Ltd, UK: see Which company takes my payment?.
