Wartens Automation Pvt Ltd looks after your data as the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We keep what the service needs:
- your account details (name, email, phone, country)
- your learning records: courses, progress, assessment attempts, certificates and reviews
- your orders and payment references (card details go straight to Razorpay or Stripe and never reach us)
- anything you upload, such as a CV
- your support messages
- page views, counted by our own server without third-party trackers for visitors who are not signed in, and Google Analytics only if you accept it
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their direct marketing.
What is public
If you have a certificate, anyone with its number or QR code can see the name on it, the course, the date and whether it is valid. That public check is the point of a certificate. Nothing else about you is public.
