What placement help is there?

Placement support is part of the paid career programmes, not the free courses. Your Placement page in the portal shows your placement status once you are on a programme.
What the support includes
CV and LinkedIn guidance, mock interviews and interview coaching, and presenting your profile to employers and arranging interviews. Your profile is shared with a specific employer only after we ask you.
Job guarantee and job assurance
Some programmes carry one of these. They have conditions, which sit next to the claim on each programme's page and in full in the terms.
- AEP: a job guarantee. It starts when you complete Phase 5, and runs for a placement window of nine months. If you meet every condition and we cannot place you in that window, the course fee you paid is refunded, as the placement policy sets out.
- PGDIA, EPGDIA and the AIP: a job assurance. It is placement support until you receive an offer letter. It is not a refund, and no part of the fee is repaid under it.
The conditions include passing every assessment, keeping the attendance the terms require, attending the interviews arranged for you, and responding to the placement officer. Please read the placement policy and your programme's terms before you rely on either.
If you are not on a programme
Free-course learners can still use Openings, the Resume Builder and the other career tools.
